Compliance reporting

A Chapter must perform the following reporting activities within 4 months after the fiscal closing of the year, via the Wikimedia Affiliates Data Portal, in order to be compliant with the WMF chapter agreement. For grant years that are aligned with the calendar year you can do it before the end of January.

• Affiliate Compliance reports
  • File the activity report
  • File the financial report
• Send links to both reports via the wikimedia-llists.wikimedia.org to the community

Functionality

• When you make an error you can simply redo the registration of the report
