Google Suite for Nonprofits

Wikimedia Belgium is using Google Suite for Nonprofits for its internal organisational communication.

Functionality

• Google Meet to organise video conferences
• Shared document editing (alternative for Etherpad) with Speech recognition (less typing)

  • Google Mail
  • Google Spreadsheets
  • Google Presentation

Microsoft Windows clients

Google Drive client

You can install Google backup and synchronisation to easily access the Google Drive via Explorer.

Files are synchronised online.

Outlook client

Most of the e-mail functionality is available via the Web, but some might very much like the Outlook interface.
