Museomix

Museomix is an international cultural makeathon in what participants use their skills and insights to build projects that enrich the museum experience for the public.

Traditional starts the event on Friday when the participants have a brainstorm about ideas that can be created. Friday evening they present their concept. After days of work, on Sunday the prototypes are ready for the public to test.

• 6-8 November 2015 - Museomix for the first time organised in Belgium, locations: Musée de Mariemont & Museum of Fine Arts in Ghent

• 11-13 November 2016 - Museomix for the second time organised in Belgium, location: Museum aan de Stroom in Antwerp

• 10-12 November 2017 - Museomix for the third time organised in Belgium, location: Museum of the City of Brussels in Brussels
• 9 March 2018 - Museomix, location: ING Art Center in Brussels
