Wikimedia Meet
Wikimedia Meet (Wmcloud Meet) is a Jitsi server instance provided by the Wikimedia Foundation.
A user account is required to start a video conference (for the meeting organiser). Any meeting name can be used. One user can start any number of meetings.
Participating users can set a pseudonym or a full name, and do not need a user account.

- On mobile devices you need to install an app on first use
Missing functionality edit
- Participants are not screened before connecting (moderator can only kick them out afterwards)
- It seems not possible to perform video recording, or streaming?
Known problems edit
- Camera is not available after Teams is active
- Deactivate your camera immediately after opening Wikimedia Meet
- Server is not responding since 15 November 2023
