Google Groups

Google Groups are handy to create distribution lists, for which the content is centrally stored on Google Suite.

Spam is filtered, and can be manually released by the administrator.

Functionality

• Make sure you are logged in the right account
• Messages are kept online (easily searchable, archive; others can join later)
• Group members receive the message via email

Moderator's spam report

• A daily spam report is available. Normally, all messages are spam, unless a few messages with a valid link and few text.
