This page collects the (mandatory) reports from Wikimedia Belgium.
Reporting edit
Wikimedia Belgium, as a non-profit organisation, has the legal requirement to report every calendar year to the government the balance sheet and the income and expenses in the financial statements (jaarrekening).
Equivalent information has to be reported to the Wikimedia Foundation, reflecting the about the grant execution. Besides this financial report we also have to submit an activity report.
During the year we also prepare the grant reports, GLAM reports and education reports.
We need to keep track of our executed volunteer days for the volunteer ensurance.
