The invitation letter http://wikimedia.be/join-our-general-assembly says "Time: 13 AM" — which doesn't exist (AM-PM times are numbered from 1 to 12, with 12:01 AM being one past midnight and 12:01 PM, one past noon). Since I don't believe that a General Assembly would be convened at 1 AM (one hour past midnight), I suppose that it is 1 PM (one hour past noon) i.e. 13:00 in 24-hour clock. — Tonymec (talk) 02:04, 10 January 2016 (UTC)
