Just one clarification. After looking through the participation requirements I realised that chapters in affiliation process are not allowed to send representatives. I feel this is a bad rule, but that's the reality anyway. I am likely to go through the EU Policy project, but need to confirm.   - That is weird. In previous years, chapters in the affiliation process were allowed to participate (and if I recall correctly, they even used this meeting for meetings with the affcom). I sent an email to Nicole to verify. Tomer A. (talk) 09:49, 27 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
